How far in advance should we book the wedding venue?

We open our bookings from January 1st to December 31st for the following wedding and event season/year.  We only host 10 weddings each year because we’re not just offering a venue — we’re offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our couples aren’t just another booking. They’re the only booking, and once the spots are gone… they’re gone.

Is there a minimum guest count?

Our weddings are intimate by design, but to ensure a seamless experience for both your guests and our team, we require a minimum catering budget—typically reached with groups of 80 or more.

What is the maximum capacity 

Swansea Ranch welcomes celebrations of up to 150 guests—striking the perfect balance between intimacy and energy. This limit allows us to preserve the spacious, elevated atmosphere couples fall in love with, while ensuring every guest feels genuinely included in your day.

How is pricing structured?

We offer a fully hosted, thoughtfully curated wedding experience. Every event includes access to our full property, personalized coordination, elegant decor, setup and teardown, service staff, and everything you need to enjoy your day—without the stress.

Reception dinners are $120 per guest, with canapés and late-night snack options available à la carte.

Our bar packages are fully customizable, designed to reflect your taste and vision—whether you're leaning toward classic domestic pours, curated craft selections, or premium top-shelf service. Packages typically start at an average of $50 per guest, with final pricing based on your selected offerings and style of service. We’ll work with you to create a beverage experience that fits both your celebration and your budget.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable unless your reserved date is successfully rebooked by another couple, in which case a full refund will be issued.Is there a minimum guest count?

What options are there for food?

Our menus are intentionally crafted each year—guided by the seasons, inspired by global traditions, and grounded in the bounty of the Columbia Valley.

While we don’t offer set menus far in advance, what we can promise is an immersive dining experience built around local, seasonal ingredients, elevated by thoughtful preparation and creative global influences.

We pay close attention to culinary trends and guest preferences, but we also aim to surprise and delight with innovative, heritage-inspired dishes that reflect the richness of food as a shared celebration.

Each year, we design our offerings anew—ensuring sustainability, freshness, and a dining experience that’s as memorable as the moment itself.
